Role Overview
We are a fast-growing food manufacturing group operating large-scale production facilities in the Middle East. As we expand our operations, we are building an internal talent acquisition engine to source high-quality, hands-on manufacturing talent across multiple countries.
We are seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Lead with strong exposure to factory environments to lead sourcing and first-stage screening for roles including:
Bakers (industrial & semi-industrial)
Production operators
Drivers
Maintenance & technical staff
General factory workforce
This is not a CV-processing or desk-based recruiter role .
This role requires field sourcing, technical judgment, and integrity .
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Build and maintain direct talent pipelines from:
Factories
Industrial zones
Training institutes
Verified referrals (non-agent based)
Source candidates without sub-agents or intermediaries
Maintain a structured, long-term talent bench (not ad-hoc hiring)
Technical Pre-Screening
Conduct first-round technical interviews aligned with factory realities
Identify and eliminate:
Scripted candidates
Coached interviews
Non-hands-on profiles
Collect practical proof where applicable (e.g., short work videos, task explanations)
Candidate Quality Control
Ensure candidates meet defined criteria for:
Skill level
Work ethic
Factory discipline
Readiness for overseas manufacturing environments
Clearly document strengths, risks, and recommendations for each candidate
Process & Reporting
Maintain clean, transparent candidate records
Track candidate performance post-hire (during probation) for quality feedback
Continuously improve sourcing quality based on real factory outcomes
What This Role Is NOT
Not a commission-driven recruiter role
Not a mass hiring / CV forwarding role
Not an agency or brokerage position
Not suitable for IT, corporate, or campus recruiters
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years experience in manufacturing HR, technical staffing, or factory operations
Prior exposure to food manufacturing or industrial production strongly preferred
Comfortable engaging directly with:
Line workers
Supervisors
Technicians
Strong ability to assess practical skills , not just interview answers
High personal integrity — no tolerance for candidate fees or side arrangements
Willing to work independently and be accountable for results
Engagement & Compensation
Part-time contract to start (20–25 hours/week)
Fixed monthly retainer
Performance-based incentive tied to 90-day candidate success , not hiring volume
Clear path to full-time role based on performance and expansion
