About the Role
As a  CAM Programmer , you will play a key role in converting engineering designs into optimized CNC programs using  Siemens NX CAM . Your work will directly impact precision manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency in production.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC machining programs using NX CAM
Translate complex 3D models into accurate toolpaths for milling, drilling, turning operations
Select cutting tools, define machining strategies, and run simulations for process validation
Generate and validate NC code using NX virtual machine environments
Collaborate with production and quality teams for first article prove-outs and corrective actions
Prepare setup sheets, tool lists, and clear work instructions for operators
Maintain revision control and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills
Proficiency in  Siemens NX CAM  (mandatory)
Knowledge of GD&T for precise part validation

Experience with CNC machine setup, tool selection, fixture design
Familiarity with NX CAD is an advantage
Ability to interpret 2D/3D technical drawings and manufacturing specifications

Experience:

5+ years  (for B.E. candidates)
8+ years  (for Diploma holders)
with strong hands-on expertise in  Siemens NX CAM
