Research And Development Associate

This role leads innovative product formulation and development across Skin Care, Leave-On, and Rinse-Off categories, managing the full lifecycle from concept to commercialisation. It involves handling multiple projects, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, collaborating with vendors, and supporting smooth technology transfer across manufacturing units.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop new and innovative formulations in line with business requirements and product briefs.
Lead formulation development for Skin Care, Leave-on, and Rinse-off categories with a strong innovation-focused approach.
Manage the complete product development lifecycle — from concept and laboratory trials to final sign-off, including pilot scale and commercial scale manufacturing support.
Handle multiple development projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and ensuring quality deliverables.
Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills to drive efficient execution of projects.
Identify, evaluate, and develop raw material and manufacturing vendor partnerships to support cost efficiency, product quality, and innovation initiatives.
Stay updated with global cosmetic regulations, standards, and compliance requirements across cosmetics, toiletries, and soaps.
Work proactively as a self-starter while contributing effectively as a collaborative team member.
Conduct product development audits across manufacturing facilities to assess capabilities, identify opportunities, and support seamless technology transfer for new and improved products.
