Required
Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience (3–5+ years) as a Solution Designer or Requirements Engineer.
· Strong understanding of system design, software development processes, and integration concepts.
· Proficiency in requirements modeling tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, BPMN tools, UML).
· Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
· Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language.
Nice to Have
· Knowledge of modern software architectures (APIs, microservices, cloud platforms).
· Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
