Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences focused on Apple products and services.
• Drive and achieve sales targets consistently through coaching, motivation, and strategic team management.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales and service staff; refresh product knowledge frequently.
• Analyze sales performance and generate periodic trend reports (weekly/monthly/yearly).
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, merchandising, and store layout per SOPs.
• Handle store-level administration: petty cash, banking, and compliance.
• Monitor local competition and market trends; innovate new opportunities for business growth.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand compliance and SOPs across operations.
Required Experience & Skills
• Typically 5–8 years in retail sales, with 1–3 years as a store manager.
• Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed sales targets, ideally in Apple or premium electronics retail.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on familiarity with inventory systems, retail reporting, and visual merchandising.
• Customer-centred mindset with excellent negotiation and product knowledge skills.
