Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Respond to and process customer enquiries, leads, quotes and orders
• Provide remote technical support via telephone and email
• Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to progress leads and support product demonstrations
• Collaborate with the wider Internal Sales team to enhance the customer support function and drive sales performance
