Finance Analyst

Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis for our Transport & Warehouse Operations Team. You will be instrumental in supporting the Finance Manager, providing the insights necessary to monitor KPIs and inform critical management decisions that sustain our growth trajectory.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.30.

• Assist with the full monthly financial reporting cycle for the Operations Team, including P&L reporting.
• Conduct analysis of performance figures and KPIs, succinctly highlighting key insights for management.
• Support the Finance Manager by providing financial data in a clear, presentable, and actionable format.
• Assist in the reconciliation of cost provisions, accruals, and cost/revenue accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Play an active role in the development and implementation of standardised reports and financial processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and support critical business projects, including new site‑specific contract implementations.

• Accountancy Graduate (or equivalent) OR a Professional with 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar finance role.
• Currently studying towards an accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc).
• Financial Acumen & Analytical Skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools like Power BI is a distinct advantage.
