Community Public Health Nurse

Community Public Health Nurse - Band 5 development post with aim of undertaking SCPHN role in future.

Working with health visiting team to support children and families see attached job description and person specification.

• Sufficient post registration experience
• Evidence of working with children

• NMC registration
• Educated to degree level
• Knowledge of SCPHN course
• Experience of working with children
