We champion a healthy work/life balance and encourage part‑time applications, requiring a minimum of 30 hours over 4/5 days.

• Lead your team – motivate them to deliver a great customer experience and achieve outstanding results.
• Drive sales – oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, stock management and profit improvement.
• Make it your own – shape your store’s personality and create a great environment for both team and customers.
• Support the area – work with other Branch Managers to meet regional KPIs and champion business growth.
