HGV Class 2 Driver

The Best Connection - Newport is currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable HGV Class 2 Driver to join a leading logistics company based in Chepstow
.

This is a hands-on delivery role, transporting industrial catering equipment to six key locations across the UK. Due to the nature and weight of the goods, you will be accompanied by a driver's mate to assist with unloading.

• Delivery of industrial catering equipment across designated UK regions
• Working as part of a two-person team (with a driver's mate)
• Start times from 06:00am
• Monday to Friday shifts
• Some manual handling required, with support provided

• £15.65 per hour, paid weekly
• Holiday pay accrued
• No weekend work
• Ongoing, full-time opportunities
• On-site parking and access to modern vehicles

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category
  
  C) Licence
• CPC Qualification
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Previous multidrop or delivery experience is desirable
