The Career Development Programme (CDP) is a three-year journey for ambitious mechanical engineers (0–2 years’ experience). You’ll rotate through three 12‑month assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in areas such as:

• Design and Maintenance
• Plant Operations and Manufacturing
• Production and Project Engineering
• Start‑up & Commissioning
• Operations Excellence and Mechanical Integrity

At least one rotation will be at a plant site, giving you real‑world exposure.

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering
• Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026
• Strong academic record (e.g., 2:1 or above or local equivalent)
• Internship/co‑op experience a plus
• Leadership and campus involvement
