This well-established, reputable organisation based in Chertsey is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team on a part time basis. Part Time Finance Manager - About The Role

In this role, you will be solely responsible for managing the daily running of the finance function and will be reporting into the Managing Director. You will be working within a small team and will be required to communicate at all levels.

Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Monthly financial reporting for senior management with full commentary and analysis.
  • Monthly and year end accounts prepared for management and filling.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations completed, bank, debt, creditor and deferred income.
  • Overseeing the monthly payroll and liaising with external agency.
  • Tax compliance returns completed in conjunction with external advisors.
  • Ownership of both purchase and sales ledger functions. Ensuring that all transactions are accurately processed within Sage.
  • Building relationships with key suppliers and onboarding new clients.
The successful Part Time Finance Manager will have:
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Experience in a sole charge/SME role is essential
  • Working knowledge of Sage
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
