Project Manager – Leading RC Frame Regeneration Scheme

One of the country’s top developers are looking for a Project Manager to lead a multi-phased scheme in Surrey. This project is a mixture of a variety of build types including Timber Frame, Traditional and RC Frame.

This position will be leading the project along with a full management team including an infrastructure specialist.

This role would be ideal for someone who has previously run a regeneration scheme.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• Experience working on R/C Frame residential schemes.
• Experience working for a large Main Contractor or Developer, Developer preferred
• The ability to work on your own initiative.
• Leadership skills to manage a large team and multiple trades

It is desirable to have;

• Construction related further education.
