Senior Marketing Manager – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract at One Retail

• Own and deliver our B2C marketing strategy across Asda Instore
• Shape compelling content for PR, social and trade press – including our Instore Linked In presence
• Lead creative campaign development (seasonal, promotional and brand-led)
• Bring our offers to life through photo and video shoots with our Inside Sales & Growth teams
• Develop B2B sales tools including brochures, awards entries and white papers
• Manage design, planning and branding for new unit openings and refurbishments
• Be the brand guardian for all Instore formats
• Work with our agencies to deliver exciting, high-quality creative work
• Partner with Finance to measure impact and build strong commercial cases
• Lead the creation of simple, effective operator playbooks to ensure flawless onsite execution

• Lead marketing for one of Compass’s biggest brands – with huge visibility internally and externally
• Help mobilise an exciting, newly awarded national contract with a major UK supermarket
• Shape customer experiences across retail and catering
• Have genuine space to innovate, test, measure and grow

• A marketing qualification or relevant degree
• 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• A collaborative, can‑do, self‑starting approach
• Experience managing creative agencies and briefing in campaigns
• Commercial awareness and strong analytical skills
• Comfort in a fast‑paced environment with multiple projects on the go
• Digital experience (social, photography, videography) is a big plus
• Full UK driving licence – some travel required
