Location:

Chesham, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid - optional 2 days remote per week). Core working hours: 9am – 5.30pm Mon‑Fri with flexibility. Permanent position with annual salary £36,000 – £44,000 and 35 days holiday (38 days after 2 years). Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Mon‑Fri (flexible core 10am–4pm)

Salary: £36,000 – £44,000 per annum

Holiday: 35 days per annum inc. bank holidays; increasing to 38 days after 2 years

• Develop and implement SEO strategies across multiple charity clients.
• Conduct opportunity, competitor, and keyword research; build content calendars and optimize on‑page content.
• Analyse backlink portfolios, identify gaps, and run outreach and PR campaigns.
• Review sites for technical SEO issues, manage quick‑win implementations, and support developers.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, benchmark trends, and use Google Analytics & Search Console.
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, video, and in‑person; champion client relationships.
• Provide training to team members and clients on SEO best practices.

• A passion for SEO with demonstrable experience.
• Excellent writing skills with engaging web copy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Technical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with leading SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Experience in an agency and with charities/not‑for‑profit preferred.
• Adaptability, collaboration across Paid Media and other departments.
