Architectural Technologist

Location: Holmes Chapel

Conrad Consulting in partnership with a small Architectural practice near Wilmslow, Cheshire require the additional resources of an Architectural Technician or Technologist to join an experienced team within our clients traditional design studio.

We are looking for someone with previous Residential-sector experience; someone that has worked on a wide range of domestic schemes such as:
Housing extensions, new-build dwellings, townhouses, refurbishments of existing properties. it is within these sectors that our client has developed a reputation within Cheshire as one of the go-to consultancies for high quality design work.

If you live locally to Wilmslow or East/South Cheshire and are keen to pursue a new role as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist then we are keen to hear from you. Please consult the following details and assess your suitability to the advertised role.

Criteria we are looking for:

· To hold a relevant Architectural qualification (HNC, HND, Degree)

· Proficiency using Auto Desk REVIT & AutoCAD Software.

· Minimum 2 years Industry experience.

· Experience working on Residential projects.

· Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.

· Excellent communication skills:
Written & Verbal.

· Ability to work independently or as part of a wider team of Designers/Technicians/Construction professionals.

Applicants must have full UK driving licence and access to a car.

A competitive salary is on offer for the successful candidate at circa £30,000-£40,000 (negotiable dependent on experience).
