Monday – Friday, 0900 – 1700 (40 hours per week – excluding breaks)

As our Group Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across all divisions of our UK operation. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles—from operational to corporate—and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment across multiple business units.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements and workforce plans.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
• Support employer branding activities and career campaigns.

• Proven experience in in-house or agency recruitment (multi-site experience a bonus).
• Strong sourcing skills across Linked In, job boards, and proactive channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload.
• Passionate about delivering a great candidate and manager experience.
• Confident using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
