Location: Waltham Cross
Salary: £39,000 – £47,000 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week | start times between 18:00 – 21:00 starting on Sunday
Reporting to: Head of Warehouse Operations

We are looking for a Night Warehouse Supervisor to lead, inspire and optimise our night warehouse team. This is a supervisory operational role with full accountability for performance, people leadership and service levels across the night shift.

You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding operational performance through strong leadership of your teams, embedding best practice, driving continuous improvement and creating a customer-centric, high-engagement culture.

• Proven experience in a senior warehouse management role
  , ideally within a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing management teams
• Commercially aware with a strong grasp of productivity, cost control and KPI delivery
• Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance and continuous improvement
• Flexible and resilient approach, comfortable working night shifts

• Competitive salary £39,000 – £47,000 (DOE)
