Social Media Volunteer

Our Organisation provides family support services, including Bubba's Child Contact Centre, Issie's Emotional Wellbeing Hub and supports families in the community.

To provide social media support to all services within Walk the Walk Family Support Service and support fundraising for the Charity.

To provide social media support to all services within Walk the Walk Family Support Service and support fundraising for the Charity. As directed by the Senior Leadership Team in order to deliver a high-quality service.

• Increasing the charity's social media following
• Creating content at the direction of the senior management team
• Ensuring the charity's social media presence is active at all times, responsive and promoting the charity and its interests
• Supporting fundraising events with social media content
• Delivering innovative ways to drive online engagement

• Previous experience with social media and marketing is desirable
• Experience with social media tools
• A track record of social media success
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Reliable and timely in delivery when tasked to provide a specific engagement thread i.e. able to deliver on time for specific events such as mental health awareness week
