My prestigious client based in Chester is looking for a Legal Secretary to join its well established and friendly team. This is an ideal role for someone with some previous Legal secretarial experience to join a professional concern. There are also opportunities for progression for the right candidates.

Essential experience

* Previous experience in Secretarial role , ideally from the Legal Sector

* Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

* Good organisation and planning skills, with an ability to prioritise workload effectively and work to tight deadlines.

* Professional telephone manner

* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office.

* Previous experience in a professional office would be desirable but not essential

Key Duties

* Providing a friendly and efficient service to clients and colleagues

* Preparation of documents through accurate typing

* Preparation of emails and diary system and TEAMS

* Dealing with client both on the telephone and face to face

* Making appointments and diary management

* Accurate filing and storage

* Assisting with front of house reception duties
