Lead Finance Administrator – CBRE

Chester, England, United Kingdom

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Lead Contract Support to join the team located in Chester.

Reporting to the Account Director, the successful candidate will be accountable for providing exceptional customer service and business support to contribute to the continued growth and success of the account.

Responsibilities
  • Be the escalation point for the Contract Support team.
  • Run weekly aged debt reports and liaise with the client to resolve any issues.
  • Complete month-end reports for the finance manager.
  • Participate in monthly billing meetings with the Account Director & AGM.
  • Manage the CAFM system as the key on-site user, including PPM records, reactivations and reporting.
  • Create and raise Extra Works jobs.
  • Generate accurate Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
  • Regularly review and process supplier invoices.
  • Raise sales invoices (complete billing) in line with company deadlines at the correct margin.
  • Run and review Profit & Loss reports monthly and influence the P&L result.
  • Liaise closely with the site team and head office to ensure accurate processing of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, timesheets and holiday records.
  • Lead staff training as required and run regular training gap reports from the training tracker.
  • Perform other duties as set by the Account Director.

  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Site based
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience with in the FM industry is advantageous.
  • Experience with invoices and raising POs.
  • Team-leading experience is advantageous.
