They are quietly investing in their Chester office and are now looking for a senior Building Surveyor to lead, grow and shape the local Building Surveying function.

What you will be doing

• Leading and developing the Building Surveying team in Chester

• Managing and growing a loyal, high quality client base

• Delivering and overseeing projects from brief through to completion

• Winning work, contributing to bids and shaping service line growth

• Working closely with directors on fees, forecasting and strategy

What they are looking for

• Chartered Building Surveyor MRICS

• Proven experience managing clients and winning work

• Comfortable leading people and being the senior presence in a team

• Strong project delivery background across repairs, refurbishments or alterations

• Ambition to move beyond delivery into leadership and ownership

Package and benefits

• Salary guide £60,000 to £75,000 plus flexibility for the right person
