• Handle inbound customer queries across multiple campaigns via phone, email, and live chat.
• Make outbound calls to support customers with their inquiries.
• Aim for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned by your manager.
• Work towards set KPIs to ensure excellent service delivery.

• Has customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
• Is a confident and professional communicator with a friendly approach.
• Is a problem solver:
  Ability to think on your feet and prioritize tasks.
• Has strong interpersonal skills:
  Empathetic, patient, and a team player.
• Has a target-driven mindset:
  Comfortable working with KPIs.
• Is a multitasker.
