Our client, an established, in dependant sustainability consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Sustainability Consultant and BREEAM Assessor to join their Chester based team. The successful Sustainability Consultant and BREEAM Assessor will have the opportunity to work on a variety of medium and large scale projects within the residential, commercial, industrial and education sectors.

Ideally candidates will have a BSc / MSc in a relevant environmental / sustainability / building services discipline and membership to an appropriate professional body such as CIBSE or IEMA. Being a qualified BREEAM Assessor in one or more schemes is essential for the role.

In this instance applications are sought from candidates with demonstrable experience in the management and delivery of BREEAM Assessments, preferably within a consultancy environment. Candidates who have a proven track record in project management will be at an advantage.
