Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of five across finance and debt management, ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and forward-looking financial insight to support strategic decision-making.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role following the departure of their long-standing Finance Manager. As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
Financial Control & Month-End Regulatory & Compliance functions Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning Cashflow & Operational Finance Management Information & Bonus Calculations Lead, develop, and motivate a team of five The skills and experience youll have include:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with FCA regulations (highly desirable) Proficiency in Sage accounting software Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills Experience producing management accounts, forecasts, and board-level reporting Strong leadership abilities with team management experience AAT Level 4 qualified, with progression towards CIMA or ACCA desirable High integrity, attention to detail, and proactive approach If you want the opportunity to shape the financial future of the business, lead a motivated and collaborative finance team and be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment with autonomy and responsibility, please apply asap as interviews are to be held soon.
