This opportunity suits a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working close to decision-makers, taking ownership of core reporting cycles and helping shape the financial narrative of a growing organisation.

The Role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will be a key contributor within the central FP&A function, supporting shared services and core business areas. You will own critical elements of the month-end and reporting timetable, contribute to forecasting and budgeting, and provide meaningful insight that supports strategic and operational decision-making.

The role offers strong exposure to the CFO, Head of Finance and senior business partners.

  • Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, with a focus on automation, efficiency and control enhancement
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis, financial modelling and project support as required
  • Develop a strong understanding of the commercial drivers behind the numbers, challenging assumptions and adding insight
  • Operate with a strong understanding of the regulatory environment relevant to the financial services
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, external regulations and FCA principles
Skills Required

  • Proactive, curious and confident in questioning data and assumptions
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
