• Build real‑world AI/ML solutions with measurable impact
• Hands‑on work with Microsoft Fabric, Azure ML, Python, Spark & MLflow
• Collaborate and mentor within a people‑first, values‑led culture
• Influence customer experience and commercial decision‑making at scale

• ✔️ Strong experience building scalable AI/ML data pipelines and architectures
• ✔️ Hands‑on with Microsoft Fabric, Azure ML, MLflow, Spark, Python & SQL
• ✔️ Proven ability to develop, deploy and manage ML models (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn)
• ✔️ Solid grounding in data modelling, governance, security and responsible AI
• ✔️ Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills in fast‑paced environments

• ➕ Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AutoML and MLOps/CI‑CD
• ➕ Commercial experience in e‑commerce, travel or holiday lettings
• ➕ Experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives
