Data Migration Analyst (FTC 3 months) (3940)

Join as a Data Migration Analyst on Project Catalyst, playing a key role in preparing, cleansing, and entering critical business data to support migration into a unified Salesforce platform. This operational role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and an interest in data.

• Perform manual data entry, formatting, and validation across multiple datasets.
• Cleanse and standardise data according to predefined migration rules and templates.
• Support data extraction, preparation, and quality checks for migration cycles.
• Flag inconsistencies, gaps, or issues for review with the project team.
• Work daily with Data Leads to ensure readiness for test and production loads.
• Maintain accurate documentation of data changes and follow established controls.
• Assist with general project administration tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and structured data.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks reliably.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to follow defined processes and work to tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively with the project team.
• Interest in data, digital systems, or project delivery (no prior experience required).
