Want to lead a strong .NET team through a proper tech transformation?
We’re hiring a Software Engineering Manager to take the lead on a tight-knit team of mid‑to‑senior devs working on a core in‑house platform — the one that handles bookings and reservations across multiple brands.
There’s a big shift happening: multiple businesses are moving onto one platform, and this team is right in the middle of it.
You’ll manage day‑to‑day delivery, mentor a capable team and help embed fully agile working.
Two senior tech leaders are carrying a lot of the load right now, and your job is to help balance that, grow the team, and make things run smoother.
You’ll still be hands‑on too (around 40%), mainly with .NET — enough to stay sharp and lead with credibility.
