About The Role
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a global FM provider. They’re looking for a Mechanical Technical Supervisor to be responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance work (planned, corrective and reactive) and associated control processes. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective planning and scheduling of all resources to conduct all maintenance activities in accordance with current legislation, industry guidance and best practice.
Hours:
40 Hour week, Mon to Fri
- NVQ or City & Guilds in a Mechanically Bias Trade (E.g. Plumbing & Heating)
- Experience in the FM Sector
- Experience carrying out PPMs and reactive works
- Full UK driving licence
- Commitment to safety and excellent customer service
- Competitive salary with overtime
- 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (increasing with service)
- Annual Pay Increases (Last 2 have been 4% & 7%)
