Position Details- Position: Cluster Manager
- Location: Covers branches across Cheshire, North Wales & The Wirral
- Job Type: Full-Time, 38.33 Hours per week
- Salary: Starting from £47,000 per annum + Car Allowance (£4,500)
- Have previous multi-site management experience leading multiple brands and teams to success.
- Can continuously embed a positive, engaging, and inclusive working environment where collaboration is key.
- Have operated in a customer centric role that has delivered exceptional client service levels.
- Have demonstrable leadership and management capability and is comfortable working within a changing environment.
- Can demonstrate the ability to create, implement and deliver strategic growth and performance in the community in which they operate.
- Are an agile, well‑organised, and motivational leader who can engage, coach and develop individuals to deliver results.
- Have strong commercial acumen and can understand and implement practices that make a business successful.
- Can effectively manage costs and operate in a regulated environment.
- Have a full UK Manual Driving License – site travel is included in this role.
- Annual salary starting from £47,000 + £4,500 car allowance
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
