Trainer, Manufacturing Production

Overview

Carolina Poly, Inc. in Chester, SC, is seeking a Trainer to join our team. Carolina Poly produces high‑quality plastic products including trash bags and construction films.

• Conduct, facilitate, and document production training sessions.
• Ensure all employees complete the appropriate training for their role.
• Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Work with multiple levels of management to create new training programs and initiatives.
• Provide new‑hire training for production workers and heavy equipment training (e.g., forklifts).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• 2‑3 years of training experience (preferred manufacturing training).
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• Ability to work night or day shift as assigned.
