• Serve as the face of the Elizabeth Arden counter, delivering exemplary customer service and product knowledge to customers each day.
• Manage, motivate, and develop the team to successfully achieve the account’s business plan and targets.
• Promote the brand and build the business by creating strong relationships with customers.
• Drive retail sales on the counter and work as a team to hit counter targets.
• Coach, support, and develop the team to build skills, competencies, and retail growth.
• Communicate effectively, building positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and management.
• Provide genuine, friendly service and advice for customers seeking the best in beauty products.
• Find the product or service that is perfect for the customer, showcasing knowledge of innovative beauty products and services.

• Retail sales experience: 1 year (required).
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
