• Assist the Sales manager in acquiring and maintaining leading market share to a significant margin in sales.
• Undertake measurements, photographs & brochure production.
• Keep accurate records of own stock numbers, profile for sale, and monitor local competition's stock.
• Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities.
• Cross‑sell our services by referring potential business to different departments, especially FS and Lettings.
• Negotiate sales to successful exchange and completion.
• Support the Sales manager to meet branch business plan targets.
• Develop commercial understanding of branch profit and loss.
