MissionA Luxury Brand Ambassador for Maison Francis Kurkdjian is passionate about fragrance, loves the products, respects creativity, authenticity, and focuses on detail and quality. They are responsible for driving sales by achieving targets while promoting the brand and providing luxury. They demonstrate an attitude that benefits Maison Francis Kurkdjian at all times.
Main Responsibilities- Be an expert on fragrance, able to evoke responses to inspire and gain new clients.
- Provide advice and guidance for other Luxury Brand Ambassadors.
- Pro-actively sell products and provide luxury service.
- Be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Be aware of KPI’s.
- Be knowledgeable on Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and be able to propose products to clients.
- Demonstrate products to clients and confidently explain the benefits of each product.
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them on counter.
- Identify, understand, and reformulate client needs.
- Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty.
- Educate clients on Maison Francis Kurkdjian.
- Participate in merchandise management.
- Monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Account Manager.
- Conduct all operational and administrative tasks.
- Be accountable in your role and represent the brand.
- Adhere to company policies.
- Build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.
KPI: To achieve sales targets.
KPI: To receive any positive feedback and reflect it in your KPI’s.

Creative; able to recreate the emotions in clients of what fragrance was designed to encapsulate Tenacious; willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer leaves having received the very best in luxury service. You will be driven and results orientated, seeking out ways to continually grow the business through events and counter activity. Self-confident, you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale.
You will be able to demonstrate knowledge on the brand through excellent communication skills, be able to identify key products that would suit the customers’ needs.
