New/Used Motorcycle Sales Manager – Chester Road Motorcycles

Opportunity to work with a long‑established group and stable brand in the UK. The Motorcycle Sales Manager will manage the dealership’s sales team, finance, finance‑related products and automotive warranties to reach and exceed targets.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the sales team and finance responsibilities.
• Resolve queries from the sales team regarding warranties, service arrangements, and introduce customers to the Service Department.
• Demonstrate motorcycle features and provide support to customers.

Qualifications:

• Experienced motorcycle sales management preferred.
• Positive attitude, drive, energy, commitment to seek sales opportunities.
• UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Located locally or able to commute to Shotton.

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (required)

Certification:

• Car licence (required)

Benefits:

• Basic salary pending experience.
• Uncapped earnings up to £45,000 per annum subject to sales performance.
• 22 days annual holidays plus bank holidays; any bank holiday worked gains a day off in lieu.

Working hours:

Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am‑5:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am‑4:00 pm. One in three weekend off basis with a set day off in the week.
