No prior experience? No problem! We provide fully paid training to help you earn your Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) license and become a skilled bus driver.

• Train to operate buses safely and efficiently across Chester’s routes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a friendly and reliable travel experience.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow schedules and traffic regulations to ensure timely arrivals.
• Work as part of a supportive team committed to connecting communities.

• A valid UK driving license (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points).
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• A positive mindset and eagerness to learn!
