We're looking for an organised, proactive Operations Coordinator to join our busy office team. This is a 3-month temporary role with the view to go permanent for the right candidate. You'll support daily operations, track progress, manage documentation, and assist with queries.

Key Responsibilities:

-Support operational processes accurately and efficiently
-Manage records, documentation, and workflow tracking
-Assist with query resolution and follow-ups
-Prepare reports and contribute to process improvements
-Liaise with colleagues and external partners
