Key Responsibilities

• Create and transmit purchase orders promptly, ensuring smooth supply chain operations
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers
• Negotiate effectively to achieve cost savings and add value to the business
• Research and evaluate new suppliers, balancing cost, quality, and responsiveness
• Drive collaboration with engineering and production to ensure timely supply of materials
• Support supplier meetings and audits, maintaining excellent communication and transparency
• Work closely with stores, production, and inventory control to optimise stock levels and minimise downtime
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to deliver cost reduction programmes
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance KPIs and procurement efficiency
