Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in social housing / decent homes projects

TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading main contractor to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to commercially mange a social housing scheme covering EWI, re roofs, windows, solar and more.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement of subcontractors
Place subcontract orders ensuring best price, quality and compliance
Order materials for site
Produce cash flow and revenue forecasts
Produce a cost budge for each scheme
Complete monthly CVR's
Agree variations with the client

About the Company:

Established main contractor
Growing business and a market leader in decent homes
Work includes EWI, re-roofing, windows, Loft insulation, solar panels and air source heat pumps
Work on many frameworks for local authorities

What We're Looking For:

Min 5 years' experience working on social housing / decent homes projects with a
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
Forward thinking and dynamic
