Customer Service Assistant – Chesterfield

£26,400 + Bonus + 31 Days Holiday + Pension

Hours:

• Mon–Thu: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Fri: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for a global manufacturer of specialist concrete equipment. What You’ll Be Doing

* Supporting customers with parts enquiries

* Giving product advice and technical information

* Processing orders, quotes, and invoices

* Coordinating dispatch and tracking backorders

* Keeping customers updated and building strong relationships

* Working with inventory to manage stock levels

* Identifying slow‑moving stock and supporting sales activity

What We’re Looking For

* Customer service or sales experience (automotive/heavy equipment ideal)

* Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn

* Confident communicator with great people skills

* Organised, accurate, and proactive

* Comfortable using Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience a bonus

* Team player who thrives in a busy environment
