Up to £70,000 DOE

Working for a company with manufacturing facilities located across the globe, you will be working in an automated production environment for a well‑known brand within their respective field. The Controls Engineer will be tasked to ensure that the manufacturing facility runs smoothly and work within the engineering/maintenance team to provide high level knowledge and experience of automated systems and control processes used in operations.

• Design & Program:
  Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs for automation systems.
• Troubleshoot & Optimize:
  Analyse control systems to identify issues and implement improvements.
• Collaborate:
  Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems.

• HNC/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field (preferred).
• Strong experience in PLC programming & HMI development.
• Previous experience working as a Controls / Automation Engineer.
• Commutable from:
  Chesterfield, Alfreton, Derby, Nottingham, Mansfield and surrounding areas.
