Pinnacle are supporting a client who has gone through a period of growth. Theyare looking for an Estimator who has experience working in the Rail infrastructure industry. Our client is part of the tier 1 Network Rail Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for planned maintenance tenders.
• Work closely with clients, to understand project scope and requirements.
• Liaise with the project team and supply chain to obtain accurate pricing and ensure value for money.
• Analyse tender documents and provide detailed breakdowns of all costs, including labour, materials, and overheads. Manage the tender submission process, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Provide cost advice and solutions to the project team to support the successful delivery of projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and industry standards to ensure competitive tender submissions.
• Support senior management in strategic decision-making related to tenders and pricing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the Rail Infrastructure space.
• Experience preparing accurate tenders, with a focus on cost estimation, bill of quantities, and pricing.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, labour costs, and the supply chain.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The work location can be anywhere in the UK.

Salary is £65,000k- £85,000k, Plus allowance and benefits.
