Are you passionate about people and providing a high-quality recruitment experience? We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team and support our continued growth.
Reporting directly to the Senior Recruitment and Onboarding Lead you will play a key role in delivering a professional high-quality and responsive recruitment service across the organisation.
Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of client recruitment needs ensuring personalised support throughout the process.
- Support the wider team and assist with recruitment and general tasks when needed
- Create and publish engaging job adverts across various platforms.
- Monitor and screen incoming applications against the required criteria.
- Arrange and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
- Liaise with clients and families to provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
- Carry out all pre-employment checks including
- Creating offer letters and calculating annual leave entitlements.
- Obtaining references.
- Collecting and processing employment documents.
- Coordinating DBS and Right to Work checks.
- Conducting checks.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries regarding current vacancies.
- Assist the Senior Recruitment and Onboarding Lead with administrative tasks as requested.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and meet agreed timescales.
- To ensure compliance with the Equality Act 2010 CQC GDPR and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- A proactive detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence in using IT Office Suite recruitment platforms and digital tools
- Commitment to delivering a professional and supportive candidate experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR
- Team player with a friendly and supportive attitude

Experience of working within health or social care - Desirable :
Experience of working in a recruitment or HR support role - Desirable : CIPD Level 3 or working towards
