Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting a skilled Machine Operative to join our client’s production team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set, start, and adjust machinery to meet production and quality specifications.

* Monitor machine performance and inspect finished products to ensure consistency and quality.

* Carry out routine cleaning, basic fault-finding, and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.

* Load raw materials and unload finished products safely and efficiently.

* Accurately complete production records and report any issues or performance concerns.

* Adhere strictly to all health & safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Machine Operative / Machine Setter within a manufacturing environment.

* Strong technical ability and mechanical awareness.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team with good communication and problem-solving skills.

* A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and progress within the business.

Package &

Hours:

* Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per annum + night shift allowance.

* Hours:

Three-shift pattern (Days, Afters, Nights), Monday to Friday.

* Contract:

Full-time, permanent.
