Overview

Kitchen Team Leader role at Greene King. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team have what they need so service runs smoothly and every dish meets high standards. You’ll support the team to work well together and deliver quality meals.

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to ensure the safety of the team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and lead a team when needed.
• Passion for delivering tasty and well-presented meals to customers consistently.
• Ability to model high standards and ensure every customer receives a great plate.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during busy service.
