As part of The Range’s expansion plans, we are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our store management team. This role reports directly to the Store Manager and involves leading the retail team to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.

• Lead a team of retail colleagues by example, inspiring performance and driving sales.
• Ensure the store is well merchandised, visually appealing, and compliant with company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance within assigned departments.
• Maintain open, honest communication and adopt a coaching management style.
• Train and support team members to high standards and take corrective action when necessary.
• Monitor target achievement, analyse performance and propose improvement plans.

• Dedicated and experienced retail professional with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication skills, ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a career‑focused mindset.
• Self‑motivated to get the best from the team and drive results.
