About the Role
We are excited to be recruiting for a Business Manager at Stoneacre, one of the UK’s fastest growing motor groups. You will be responsible for ensuring sales and profit targets are met by working closely with sales executives in a high‑pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise the profitable sales of finance and insurance products.
- Assist in the closing of vehicle sales by providing finance products as an aid to selling.
- Secure finance business using providers approved by Your Dealership Ltd.
- Ensure Your Dealership Ltd.’s finance & insurance policies are followed by all staff.
- Keep sales and management teams updated on developments in the finance and insurance market.
- Enhance the dealership’s reputation at every customer interaction.
- Help develop the dealership’s marketing plan with expertise in finance and insurance products.
- Participate in planning and marketing of special events and other marketing initiatives.
- Ensure every vehicle is displayed with a finance example, prepared in accordance with Trading Standards requirements.
- Facilitate the quoting of monthly payments and vehicle prices for all customers.
- Maintain an organised approach to all administrative and clerical functions.
- Ensure all paperwork within the department is accurate, complete and completed within set timescales.
- Prepare finance quotations and other documentation within required timescales; chase outstanding paperwork to avoid delays and penalties.
- Report as required by Dealer Principal, General and other Managers, including timely completion of all weekly/monthly reports and returns.

- Ability to build strong customer relationships and negotiate profitable transactions.
- Ability to mentor and develop others while working effectively as part of a team.
- Established contacts within the finance & insurance industry.
- Understanding of legal, tax and fiscal implications of finance and insurance.
