Location: Chesterfield, UK
Employment type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 30-39 per week, with flexibility for additional hours
Pay: £13.32 per hour (London stores receive an additional £0.45 per hour) plus average bonus of £1.77 per hour
Our Account Executives play a key role in our B2B operations, connecting business customers with the right technology to meet their needs. You will create memorable experiences for customers, proactively find opportunities, and adapt quickly in an ever‑changing industry.
Responsibilities- Make every customer interaction memorable.
- Ask the right questions to match business customers with appropriate products.
- Build and maintain a network of local business owners.
- Grow new business relationships and develop accounts.
- Contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
- Stay aware of local competitor activities and suggest ways to stay ahead.
- Experience working with customers in a retail or B2B environment.
- Drive to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Eagerness to learn about the latest technology.
- Confidence working in a team.
