Sales Support Administrator - £29,000 - £30,000 Chesterfield

Your new role

As Sales Support Admin, you will support the wider sales and customer service , taking a lead on customer aftermarket sales.
This will be a busy role based in Chesterfield although you will be tasked with meeting customers on site to complete afercare reviews. The successful candidate will ideally have access to their own vehicle.

Office based ( not hybrid) with a requirement to meet customers

The main purpose of the role will be to manage quotations for customer orders and meet customers as part of the aftercare of working with the customer. The successful applicant will ideally have held a similar role previously and can demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills and a high level fo skill with sales quotations.

Duties of the role include;
-Producing sales quotes
-Contacting customers to follow up on tenders and priced quotes
-Track and monitor all quotes onto the system, align quotes to the correct pricing schedules and margins
-Manage quotes from order through to end process/ delivery
-Attend customers sites to review any complex quotes reviewing survey requirements for orders
-Report all customer visits
-Recommend products as required 'upsell'
-Promptly and accurately convert quotes to completed orders
-Knowledge of SAP ideal

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a sales support or technical service administration role
  • Strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proven customer engagement skills with some technical engagement skills
  • The ability to manage multiple customer orders/ quotes
